Basically all jutsu that's listed on the village specific lists are to be described here. - Flying Thunder God:
Description: This jutsu allows the user to teleport to a Flying Thunder God (FTG) seal in an instant. The seal can be placed on any physical surface. Along with the user teleporting themselves they can also teleport groups of people, creatures as large as a bijuu and ninjutsu. The more one teleports, the more chakra is required. The user can also only move themselves and the other described objects to another FTG seal they have placed.
FTG seals that are placed anywhere contain the users unique chakra signature in the seal that stays in the placed location until removed by the user. FTG Seals can only be used by those who placed them, not even someone else who understands the jutsu.
Requirements: The most basic requirement is to be a Master in Fuuinjutsu. Some of the other techniques require the user to have more requirements, but with just a Master in Fuuinjutsu the user can teleport themselves between FTG seals with ease. There are a few jutsu that can be used with a group of less experienced Fuuinjutsu users, but they are very limited compared to the other techniques.
FTG Seal: Self Teleportation
Rank: SS
Type: Fuuinjutsu
Description: The user must place a FTG seal down for an S rank amount of chakra to be able to use it for teleporting. The user can then teleport to a placed FTG seal for an S rank amount of chakra.
FTG Seal: Group Teleportation
Rank: SS
Type: Fuuinjutsu
Description: A user can teleport others with them to their FTG seals, however the more in the group the longer it takes. It costs an S rank to teleport the caster along with an additional S rank worth of chakra for each passenger. Along with extra chakra cost it takes an extra post for every passenger the user takes with them. So if the user is teleporting five people it will cost five S ranks amount of chakra along with taking five posts to charge and execute. At the end of the last post of charging the user can then perform the teleportation.
Moving larger physical objects requires an immense amount of chakra. Something the size of a bijuu takes an SS amount of chakra to teleport, whereas something the size of Tsunade's slug summon takes an S amount of chakra. Something the size of the ramen shop in Naruto, roughly 15 feet by 6 feet, would take an A amount of chakra.
FTG Seal: Trio Teleport
Rank: S
Type: Fuuinjutsu
Description: Those that are Adept or Experienced Fuuinjutsu can perform this jutsu. Three people must stand together, thumbs and index fingers touching. It takes a single post to charge and the group then instantly teleports to the desired FTG seal. Those without Master Fuuinjutsu are unable to place the seal, as they must understand its complex directions intertwined in it. A passenger is able to be teleported along with a higher cost in chakra for the three.
Adept users must use an S ranks amount of chakra if it is just the three teleporting and an SS amount if their is a passenger in the middle. An Experienced user uses an A rank for the three and an S rank for a passenger.
FTG Seal: Ninjutsu Teleportation
Rank: SS
Type: Fuuinjutsu / Ninjutsu
Description: This version of the FTG can move Ninjutsu from one seal to another. The amount of chakra used depends on two things; the rank of the targeted ninjutsu to teleport as well as the users Ninjutsu skill.
The user must be at least Adept in Ninjutsu to use this technique at all. Adept users can teleport Ninjutsu E through B rank and must use an amount of chakra one rank higher than the Ninjutsu being teleported. Experienced users can teleport Ninjutsu up to S rank and use the same rank amount of chakra as the Ninjutsu being teleported. Masters can teleport all Ninjutsu and do so at a rank lower.
FTG Seal: Flying Thunder God Slash
Rank: SS
Type: Fuuinjutsu / Bukijutsu
Description: The user must have placed a FTG seal either on the target or near it and perform a powerful slash with their weapon. During the slash the user must think of their sword as a separate object that is being teleported, focus most of the chakra on the weapon. As you enter the peak of your strike you instantly appear at the seal slashing with the speed at which you travel.
A B ranks worth of chakra is the lowest amount you can allocate to the sword, increasing up to an SS amount if the user so desires.
Stage 1 - B Rank: +50% Strength on hit
Stage 2 - A Rank: +75% Strength on hit
Stage 3 - S Rank: +100% Strength on hit
Stage 4 - SS Rank: +150% Strength on hit
For one to be able to hold on to their weapon through the slice the user must be at least Adept in Bukijutsu. Those with Adept can use Stage 1, Experienced can use Stage 2, Bukijutsu at 41-49 can use Stage 3 and Bukijutsu Masters with 50 can use Stage 4.

| Transportation is very complex and hard. So it shouldn't cost a C rank chakra to do, even if its just 1 person. There is also just one type of seal, that seal can transport anything. Yours also doesn't make sense on some places, and ripples the tech... Which is why I'm suggesting we, the owners (Kage and admin) do our own techniques and have the other admin approve them. So, I can do Lightning Release Armor, Nakago can do FTG and Eight Gates, Jun can do Edo Tensei, and then I guess I can do Earth Grudge Fear. That is not a village exclusive, but it is a very very special technique like LRA FTG and Edo Tensei. But thank you anyway for trying to help  | |

| I never state the use of different seals, however there are different ways of using the same seal. Teleporting yourself with a baby like Minato did with Naruto is very different from teleporting a bijuu bomb or the Nine Tailed Fox. And ya, self teleportation should probably cost at least a B or A amount of chakra. Also I've already asked Jun if I could start this page just to start getting this stuff written and so that others (kages and admins) could critique as you have. This way we get multiple inputs and get a more comprehensive result. I was given the go ahead to make this page, the whole idea is that it's a work in progress and that we can work together to flesh out these jutsu. Of course nothing can approved by anyone other than admins and kages but by doing this we can get these jutsu's written out so people can understand how they work a little more on the site. You said that there are other places that don't make sense, could you elaborate? | Yes it is a village exclusive, and only Nakago (The Hokage) can learn it unless Nakago let's someone else learn it. The technique should be ranked S, as all Canon techniques have a limit of S rank, only customs can be SS. Also, placing the seal takes an S rank of chakra, and teleporting should cost another S rank. Because teleporting is extremely hard, and it can save you from basically anything. Doesn't matter what is being teleported. Teleporting a bijuu would still take an S rank chakra, same as teleporting a baby. Because, fuinjutsu doesn't care about size, much. You can seal a giant rock with the same amount of chakra as you would a small rock. And this is fuinjutsu after all. It just depends on the technique used, and this is one technique, so teleporting would cost S rank no matter what, you wouldn't pay less chakra if you used a C rank tech to seal a small rock than if you used that same tech to seal a giant rock, see my point?
I also just think the admin should do this alone, but that's just my opinion. | |

When was this decided? LRA, Water-Heavens Convergence, etc ... I've seen them marked as SS-ranked techniques on this site several times, and they're not custom techniques. | |

| I would certainly agree, as these moves are on a whole other level then most jutsu I feel they should be labeled as SS rank. Also I would say there is definitely a difference on the amount of chakra needed to move objects. Minato specifically says this when he teleports the nine tails.http://narutobase.net/manga/Naruto/503/11 However your right that the move should take more chakra, it could be quite abusive otherwise. | |
