The Shinetsu Clan evolved along with the ages of time. The first members were born, ironically, up on the hills of a very cold and high mountain. Not on the top, but on the hills. There, the Sun would only visit a few hours per day. It was could and dark many times, yet they made a living out of it. Unsurprisingly, the cold weather and harsh conditions made their bodies grow stronger. They evolved, like all species. But instead of dropping down from the mountains and cultivate the better, more suited for crops, plains and lands that were now holding better, more developed life, they instead climbed the mountain. Let it be noted that these first clansmen are legendary, considered incredibly powerful and talented, they were the very first to be blessed by the God. The Shinetsu Clan members climbed up the mountain. It was a long,hard journey, full of dangers and perils. Yet it was also a learning experience, as comrades fell, they would get closer and closer to the Sky, each day that passed. The clouds were just above their heads...the Sun was there. And as time passed, and they took their steps...only the strongest reached the clouds, and between the strongest only the elite clansmen surpassed the clouds. Only those who had been blessed with the Scorch Release bloodline were able to maintain themselves warm and comfortable until they reached the peak of Mt. Shi. It had taken them about 100 years of generations, colonies and kekkei genkai development to reach the top, but they finally managed. The peak was now theirs, and it is where they built a Temple to the Gods. This would be known as the RedSky Temple, located on Mt.Shi in the Land of Fire. This would be the clan's base for the next hundreds of years. Many secret ninjutsu, forbidden legacies and thousands of simple techniques developed over the years were left behind when the Temple was broken into by the Uchiha Clan.
The Fall of the Temple was by far, the bloodiest arc in all of the Shinetsu Clan history. And their first loss in over a thousand years. They were among the first Men, and they lost to the Uchiha Clan. The Shinetsu Clan members were experts in Ninjutsu. Perhaps the only clan in the whole world whose Katon was stronger and fiercer than the Uchiha's. The heat inside the Temple was terrific, according to the legends. After the loss to the Uchiha clan, the clan had moved on to the hidden cloud vilage, better known as "Kumogakure". There the members could practice their scorch erlease freely, with the open air on the mountains, it was the perfect place for them.

Kekkei Genkei:
Basically, Scorch Release allows it's user to combine Fire Release with Wind Release in order to obtain something above the regular "Fire". The Scorch Release is an incredibly heated and powered up advanced form of Fire and Wind Release that not only grants the user more power, but a lot more of control over the heat source. Unlike the regular fire, which needs Oxygen to keep on burning, and is always craving for more and more gas, to eat and destroy more, the Scorch Release is incredibly disciplined. Instead of feeding on Oxygen, the fire feeds on the user's Wind release chakra, which tends to be a much better fuel. It is also important to note that, unlike the regular Fire Release where having your skin burned is the danger, the Scorch Release doesn't have to necessarily "burn" the opponent, instead forcing (for example) a blast into the opponent's body and heating it to the point where all liquids evaporate, turning any victims into mummies. By mastering the Fire Release part of this Bloodline, one gains more control over the heat power that can be used, and by mastering the Wind Release part of the Kekkei Genkai, the user will be able to better control such power. Fighting against a Scorch Release user with Fire, or Wind is a bad idea, as there supped up fire release can cause whole-scale damage on users of wind.
Because of these shinobi's natural skill in ninjutsu, they get the stamina boost of their level in ninjutsu twice, EG. Mastering in ninjutsu gives you +15 points for stamina, but now you get +30, because you get it twice.
Stage 1 (Hinetsu, literally meaning,Specific Heat) 100 exp to be bought.
At this stage, the user begins to gain familiarity with the Scorch Release style, slowly learning to release controlled Scorch Release blasts. The most basic jutsus may be learned at this stage, from E to C rank. At this stage, the user is able to be closer to fire than most regular humans, but doesn't have any "resistance" to fire, just the pain itself. This is the beginning of the Tainetsu Ability. (Heat Resistance). (Katon Techniques are considered one rank less in terms of combating a Shinetsu)
Stage 2 (Shonetsu, literally meaning, Summer Heat) 200 exp to be bought.
At this stage, the user's body temperature begins to rise, it's regular temperature becoming about 40 ºC. This doesn't mean that you'll get yourself burnt if you touch their skin, but you will feel it a lot warmer. At this stage, the user is fairly capable to determine which element is used for each purpose. Katon for Power, Fuuton for Control. At this stage they are able to use B and A ranked clan jutsus as well, while direct hits from E and D ranked Fire Release jutsus won't have any effect on them due to the Tainetsu ability. The user may use the Netsushori (or equivalent, refer to the Clan Jutsu Area) jutsu at this stage, costing a D-ranked amount of chakra per turn.
Stage 3 (Netsurai, literally meaning, Heat Thunderstorm)500 exp to be bought.
At this stage, the user can be called a Master of Scorch Release, and may begin developing it's own style of Scorch Release. There have been reports of Masters using Black and Blue Fire in their Scorch Release, which is a rather powerful variation. At this stage the user may keep the Netsushori (or equivalent) jutsu active with no chakra cost. The user may also use any jutsu of the Scorch Release KKG. Also, the Netsushori ability is enhanced (refer to Canon Jutsus).
Due there the extreme heat and temperature generated by Scorch Release, users are immune to there own techniques as well as extreme hot conditions. Because of their body temperature and Tainetsu ability, all Katon (Fire) attacks of A rank and below, have no affect on them. The body temperature is 110ºC. This does absolutely nothing against the user, it feels like a normal person would feel with normal temperature. All Katon ranks get a +1 boost to rank when used by a Shonetsu+(level2 Shinetsu user).

Name: Shakuton Release: Incinerating Flare Technique
Rank: A
Element/'s: Scorch Release
Range: Up to 70 meters
Type: Ninjutsu
Sub Type: Offensive
Hand seals: Tiger
Description: Combines several of there flaming orbs to create a single massive one, which then violently explodes with enough force and power to incinerate a large area around it. When this happens, steam can be seen emitting from the area. This needs atleast five scorch orbs. The technique can incinerate twenty meters in diameter, it explodes upon impact. It cannot incinerate hard metals and other materials like hard metals, though it does turn them red and extremely hot. This can be shot and controlled at the following rules:
Your stamina turned to agility and half of your agility added to that amount. Example: Ryuji has 50 stamina, and 30 agility, his orb will be controlled and shot at the speed of 65. Because half of 30 is 15, plus 50 equals to 65.
Any scorch weakness is added to the technique, such as ice attacks are 1 rank higher than they normally would be ect ect. This orb can backfire easily, as it can be shot with something hard (usually earth) (shuriken and kunai ect won't detonate it) Causing it to explode, and can cause first degree burns to level three users, 2nd degree to level 2 users, and third degree to level one users. This will either kill an enemy, or cause fourth degree burns, and can mummify them two posts after the hit, after one post the user can almost. Not move at all, and is near death (mummified almost)

Hand seals: Tiger - Boar
Description: The user makes a scorch clone, much like the shadow clone technique. This clone can do anything a normal shadow clone can, but if the clone is destroyed, its body turns into six scorch orbs, twenty centimeters in diameter each. The orbs can be controlled by the maker of the clone, and can be shot/moved at the speed of the following rules: Your stamina turned to agility, plus half of your agility added to that, refer to Netsushoru for an example of this. The spheres can mummify the opponent, following the mummify rules on the bottom of the clan post. The spheres have all the drawbacks that any scorch attack has, weak against ice moves ect ect.

Sub Type: Supplementary/Defensive
Hand seals: Tiger
Description: The Netsoshorou technique is B-ranked only because it's rather difficult to master, and should cost a bit more exp. This technique allows the user to use the heat produced on it's body and keep a permanent style of defense/supplement. The user has two choices: He/She can either use that heat and raise the temperature in a circle with 30 meters ratio around them by 20 ºC, or they can use the heat to keep a permanent set of 5 small scorch spheres(20 centimeters diameter) around them all the time, like 5 small suns. These spheres can protect the user against attacks (up to A-rank wind releases, A-rank fire releases and other minor attacks like kunais and shuriken, B rank Suiton, C rank Ice/Deep ). Like all scorch attacks, this can be used to mummify opponents, refer to bottom for details on the mummify ability. Once used up, the user can create it with the tiger sign to gain 5 more balls for B rank. Each sphere is shot at the speed of your own stamina, turned to agility, and half of your own agility. Example: Ryuji has 50 stamina, and 30 agility, the spears will now be shot at the speed of 65 agility (50+15).

Name: Scorch Release: Extremely Steaming Murder
Rank: A-ranked
Element/'s: Kekkei Genkai, Scorch Release
Range: 15 meters radius around the user. Can be shot over 80 meters.
Type: Ninjutsu
Sub Type: Offensive
Hand seals: Ram - Tiger - Boar- Rat - Rooster - Ram
Description: The user creates several flaming orbs that resemble small suns. These orbs rotate around the user and can be freely controlled to attack enemies. When an orb goes through an opponent, it evaporates all the water inside their body, leaving them in a mummified state. When this happens, steam can be seen emitting from the opponent's body. If the orb goes over the 15 meters radius, the user loses control over it and it falls... Though let's not forget these things may be propelled out of the radius. The user may also choose to release a single orb for a C-ranked amount of chakra and more control over said orb. The user may keep up to 5 orbs for 4 posts for the A-ranked amount of chakra necessary for casting this jutsu.
Once the victim is hit, steam will start to come out of its body, and after one post, he will have very little maneuver-ability, and after two posts of being hit, he will be mummified, and of course killed. Unless a medical skill is used to replenish the user's fluids.
Any scorch weakness applies of course, it is also hard to hit the target if he is not is the radius of the attack, otherwise the orbs will only be shot in a straight line out of the 15meter radius, and can be dodged easier. Speed of orbs are the general speed rules for all B rank plus scorch attacks (check bottom)

Name: Steam Heat Fist

Hand seals: None
Description: This technique allows a skilled Taijutsu user to use Scorch Release to enhance their kicks(punches with a blazing heat that may cause serious injuries in terms of high degree burns. This technique basically allows the user to follow the same principle as the Gentle Fist. But, instead of injecting chakra into an opponent to shut down the victim's tenketsu, the user forces Scorch Release blasts into the opponent's body to shut down internal organs by heating them to a point where all liquids on such organ are evaporated, turning the organ into a mummy. A Medical Ninja may be able to save the organs up until 5 posts after they're hit, but note that taking a Heat Fist punch directly at the heart may very well kill an opponent. Why? because after having a mummified heart you... die? It all depends on which organ is hit.
This requires close combat of course, and leaves you open to attacks of a good taijutsu user. Not really a good thing if you have weak taijutsu stats such as agility.

Type: Ninjutsu
Sub Type: Offensive
Hand seals: Monkey → Tiger → Rat → Boar → Bird →Monkey → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Fire
Description: After performing a rather complex setof hand-seals, this jutsu allows the user to expel a"river" of highly pressurized Scorch Release that may travel great distances before hitting it's target. Once it hits a strong enough target (like a wall, or another A-ranked jutsu) it will spread to the sides as the stream keeps running like a river .This jutsu is strong enough to break through glass, and even walls if the user keeps expelling the Scorch (It may be kept for 5 turns, draining an A-ranked amount of chakra per turn), and the pressure raises per each turn as well. Let me remind you that, just like all Scorch Release jutsus, the Scorch doesn't necessarily have to burn in order to be dangerous. It's extremely hot and will not only burn the targeted area, but also vaporize a target's liquids, turning the victim into a mummy. For every turn this is expelled, the technique becomes more powerful (Raising pressure), gaining an extra c rank power per turn, 2 C ranks equal to an extra b rank power, and 4 C ranks equal to 1 A rank, so, after four turns of activity, it basically doubled in power, to S rank (two A ranks make one S rank). That is a way to destroy interfering objects and jutsu.
Additional Information:
Details on scorch attacks: When using Scorch release, it is important to remember that only at high levels do these techniques actually evaporate an entire body, leaving them a mummified corpse.
All Scorch Release jutsu's have the follow attachments, whether stated explicitly or not.
C-Rank and Under: When coming in-contact with liquids, they cause an immediate spike in temperature, leading to horrible blisters and 4th degree burns along the impacted area. When used against water sources outside of the body, such a Suiton Techniques etc etc, they boil away them in huge plums of steam, causing visibility issues and such. The steam is of a temperature where it may singe the eyes of both the Shinetsu and others. Of an equal rank, a volatile explosion of steam erupts outwards negating both jutsu's. On lower ranks, Scorch Release boils away the jutsu leaving only normal fire of a lesser rank behind. (C rank Scorch hits a D rank Suiton move, boils it away and leaves a D rank fire jutsu headed towards opponent. This logic of scorch applies against other Suiton techniques as well with higher ranks.)
B and A rank techniques: These techniques can mummify and opponent within two posts. One post after being hit will have caused you to loose a lot of movement, and you are near death. After two posts, you die, unless hit with a good amount of water before this. If, by some reason, you survive, you will have fourth degree burns all over your body, with the technique having spready throughout your body. (Warm liquids spread to colder liquids, logically.)
S-Rank and Above: The true danger of Scorch Release, at this level, users can literally boil away aninja in a post flat. Evaporating the blood in the body leaving the corpse if not doused with suiton immediately (Within the same post frame). Basically, get hit with one of these ranked attacks, you will be mummified, if not killed, within the same turn if you are not hit with a good amount of water in the same turn as the attack hit.
Technique speeds:
Scorch users can control their scorch attacks, unless specified otherwise in a technique. The following speed calculation applies to all scorch attacks, this is just a minimum though:
C rank and lower: These attacks can be controlled and shot ect. ect. at the following speed; Half of your stamina turned to speed, example Ryuji has 50 stamina, so the scorch attacks move at 25 speed, atleast.
B-SS ranks These techniques move at the speed of your full stamina, example Ryuji has 50 stamina, so these techniques are atleast 50 in speed.
Weaknesses: Scorch Release members attacks are weaker to Ice Release users, as they have a hard time bringing it to a boil. Scorch attacks are -1 rank against an ice attack. So they need to be of a greater rank to nullify any ice attack.

Alright. It's legit.

Also...now since I've looked over the background of your clan and your KKG, however, at their 3rd stage of KKG, how hot exactly is Extremely Hot? What I mean is, what is the limit of heat they can withstand? Please give a rank of jutsu, and a natural heat condition. I don't think it's be right, for example, if they can withstand SS ranked heat, but S rank, I think I can allow for 500 XP. At 300 how it is though, they should be able to withstand A rank.

Several of their flaming orbs? What flaming orbs, and how did they form these? Do they form away from the body, inside of the body, are they thrown with the hands, or launched from the mouth? How many orbs form into the laege one? and how large is the area it can incinerate? What can't it incinerate? Drawbacks please.

Once used up, the user can create it with the tiger to gain 5 more balls for B rank.

This one is better explained, hut needs a drawback section like the others, needs typo editing and such. That's all I really see wrong with this.

Once the victim is hit, it will seem to erupt into flames, even tho the body isn't actually "burned" in the traditional sense of the word.

so this is what happens then, when you use your scorch release orbs? just edit it into the other tehcniques that weren't well explained, like the first one. I also think this is a bit overpowering, since it seems it will kill someone if one of these hits someone. If that's the case, you ned to change how long it takes to mummify someone, or change the rank to SS. You also need to edit for typos. Give a speed for these orbs, like in all the jutsu that deal with these. Drawbacks.

How will raising the pressure after each turn affect the opponent's jutsu? Drawbacks.

8>) On the notes.... How long is the time range in which a person would be mummified? Plz give it in posts, not seconds or minutes.
