How are we going to use wisdom? Myself, Naisu, and Kye would still like to see this stat being used...as far as I remember talking to them. however, maybe there's a way we can change around a bit what was on TNRPG to make it a bit better for SWE.

This is the old info for Wisdom, ripped from TNRPG

1 – 10: The individual is debilitated or severely handicapped in this attribute.

21 – 30: The individual is average in this attribute.
31 – 40: The individual is above average in this attribute.
41 – 50: The individual is comparable to Shikamaru’s wisdom.
51 – 65: The individual is comparable to Itachi's wisdom.
66 – 80: The individual is comparable to Danzo’s wisdom.
81 – 95: The individual is comparable to the Third Hokage’s wisdom.
96 – 110: The individual is comparable to the Orochimaru’s wisdom.
111 – 150: The individual is comparable to Jiraiya’s wisdom.
151 – 200: The individual is comparable to Madara’s wisdom, when using White Zetsu’s abilities.
201+: The individual is comparable to the Great Toad Sage and his mastery over nature chakra.

As far as a canon comparison goes, I don't care all that much.

I'm not going to list a tiered breakdown of Wisdom. Let's let Mou do that since he's actually against it, I think.

Things I think should be included:

A certain level of battle 'precognition'.

Ability to know about goings-on in one's country. Perhaps not specific knowledge such as who is attacking and why, or what deal is going down, but just that something of interest is happening.

I think a good way to cap most peoples' main issue with it (battle precognition) is to make that completely stop at a low-ish level (60 at max) and then have higher than that trade 2 Wisdom points for 1 SkP. That way Wisdom is still desirable by characters for a main 'over 50' stat without being too powerful. High Wisdom would allow you to be more skilled, represented in the points it gives.

Indeed with that, Kye. A major problem on TNRPG was the battle precog and how I gave you an OP foresight on the battle. All put together a tier based guide when I get back from dinner

Honestly other people gave it that. I used it to keep from being pre-empted because in cases of precog versus precog it was Wisdom versus Wisdom. The problem people had with it is that they, um, didn't care about Wisdom until it was used against them. I mean, really, honestly, if someone had double or more than someone else's Agility, in contests of speed we ruled with the more Agile person. It's basically the same with Wisdom. In cases of what Wisdom governs, we go with the more Wise person. The issue people had with that was that no one paid attention to Wisdom until it was brought to bear against them, so that left them vulnerable to its effects. Everyone seemed to attribute this godlike power to it, when really it wasn't any different from another stat (except that they ignored it and were thus weak in that regard, so it was clearly unfair to THEM for not paying attention).

So to keep it a stat that people can ignore (and thus restore order in the world apparently) I'm willing to just let it be weak. Somewhat desirable, but not really. Since this time, you know, I haven't spent time and effort cultivating it.

hmmm. *kind of sad about that and experienced that happening as well*. A lot of players didn't understand it. But I like the idea of making higher wisdom able to give you SkP, like i told you on Skype, it makes a lot of sense. We don't want people having godmodding powers like figuring out who exactly just rushed the gates, when you have never met them in your life, don't have sensory, and are eating rice noodles and sushi downtown, for example. I'm eager to read what Mou comes up with.
