Description: Making a spark from your hands, the user sends up to 5 balls of fire exploding out at your agility. Each ball costs C-rank chakra.
Weakness: Can be put out by water. Can be blocked by any other object. Won't go through Wall jutsu.

Description: This jutsu has TWO different uses! The first, is when you apply the seal to a wall or other surface in order to reinforce it! It gives it the defensive capabilities of a B-rank jutsu! How cool, huh? The second use is to unseal/summon a giant iron wall. It'd pretty nifty and only blocks up to B-rank damage. Anything higher will explode through it like wet paper.
Weakness: Only blocks B-rank damage. On an actual wall, the seal just vanishes.

Description: The fingertips glow with a weird light, and you press them into someone's belly, and it seals their chakra. Unlike the anime, it doesn't knock them out, but it seals their chakra. You can use all physical abilities, but no chakra until you find someone to unseal it.
Weakness: It seals any chakra use UNDER A-rank. Using more than A-rank chakra allows you to use that jutsu. So you're limited to A-rank and higher, though they take 2x the chakra.

Description: This just unseals the 5-elements seal. Nothing else. It's the counter jutsu.
Weakness: It's so limited that there is no other weakness but being so limited in use.

Description: User blows into their hand, creating a spiraling small ball of wind. This ball will then fire out at your agility in a straight line, no aiming required. It can be fired up to 5 times for each C-rank cost in rapid succession.
Weakness: None, really. Just a basic ninjutsu, besides it's elemental weakness.

Weakness: Does no damage alone, and can be avoided by sticking to the ground with chakra.

Notation: Doesn't need Beat Tearing Palm to use. Can use either if you know either.
Handsigns: Chakra manipulation, no handsigns.
Description: User claws the air, creating a giant demonic looking claw of chakra and wind to show up similar to the jinchuuriki cloak arms. Can be used to defend, attack or just be useful, really. It adds range, size, and power to your taijutsu, I guess. +10 str when using this jutsu too, from the power behind it. It can defend against B-rank and lower jutsu, and A-rank break through it.
Weakness: Can't use other jutsu while using this. A-rank drain per turn of use.

Name: Rasengan

Notation: Konoha Jutsu

Description: User makes a spinning orb of chakra in their hand. The rasengan is weaker by 1-rank than it was in cannon. It does the same type of damage, but is only B-rank in it's effectiveness.
Weakness: You actually gotta hit the enemy first.

Notation: Konoha jutsu only. Must know Rasengan.

Description: An upgraded version of the Rasengan. It's an A-rank wind orb of destruction, basically. Can overpower a rasengan used by someone else. It's pretty complicated, but still able to be used. Looksl ike a regular rasengan with little shuriken projections from it.
Weakness: Needs ninjutsu experienced to be able to mold wind chakra into a rasengan. It's a difficult jutsu, after all.

Name: Rasenshuriken
Rank: S
Element: Wind
Range: In front of you (Can be thrown with Sage Mode or Wind God Armor)
Type: Ninjutsu
Sub-Type: Offensive
Notation: Konoha only. Need to know Rasengan and Wind Rasengan first.
Handsigns: N/A
Description: User creates a giant rasengan with wind release in it to create this monstrosity. It's a powerful wind jutsu that destroys on a molecular level, meaning if this hits you directly, you're basically dead (does not ignore fate.).
Weakness: If you can't throw it, it also cuts up your hand badly, making you unable to use that hand until it gets medical treatment by at least using mystical palm 5 time on it or some other jutsu that heals at an S-ranked level.

Description: You basically reanimate a corpse, so that you can make them move and follow orders. It takes B-rank to activate and the body retains that B-rank chakra for however long it is alive. The body takes up a D-rank amount of chakra per turn for survival. The user can inject even more chakra into the body to last even longer as well. It can use jutsu it knew in life and talk, though only what the user wants it to say. It can't teach jutsu, though.
Weakness: It's a dead body that moves. Because it is dead, fire does 1-rank more damage to it. It's stats are half what they were in life.

Name: Delicate Illness Extraction

Description: Your hands glow with green chakra, and poisons seep through a person and into your hand, where you can then do whatever you want with the poison or whatever you removed. Can be used to remove any kind of liquid from a body.
Weakness: Needs intense concentration, can't be moving, and can't use other jutsu when using this. It takes 2 posts total to use and complete, but only B-rank chakra once.

Name: Mystical Palm

Description: User uses their perfect chakra control to augment their physical strength by 100% whenever they punch or kick or anything. They can take it a step further and make it S-rank for 150% strength increase with S-rank chakra cost.
Weakness: If you don't land a hit, then it's useless and you wasted chakra.

Name: Yin Healing Wound Destruction

Notation: Needs Medical Mastery and adept in whatever attack your enemy is using that you're going to heal.
Handsigns: None
Description: User uses their analytical mind to interpret and understand the enemies move as they make it, and preemptively start healing the spot that is going to be injured before it even gets hit, thus making the injury half as effective. Basically, for this site, it halves the power behind any attack that you can effectively apply this to.
Weakness: Can't be used if you don't know what kind of attack it is or don't even see it.

Name: Body Revival Technique

Notation: Medical Mastery needed

Description: The user manipulates their body to allow them to heal from dangerous damage. Any kind of stab is healed (except through heart or brain). It can't regenerate body parts, but if you place your severed arm by the place it was cut off, it will attach itself that way. It can't make you look dead like in the anime, though, or make you younger.
Weakness: None, just a great self-heal jutsu.

Name: Creation Rebirth
Rank: S-rank
Element: N/A
Range: Self
Type: Iryojutsu
Sub-Type: Supplementary
Notation: Iryojutsu mastery needed.
Handsigns: Tiger
Description: User uses S-rank amount of chakra over 5 turns with S-rank per turn (can't deactivate the jutsu when active, so if you run out you die anyway). What it does it divides cells rapidly to constantly heal everything in you. It's the ultimate medical jutsu and makes you immortal for those 5 turns, constantly healing everything done to you.
Weakness: If used 10 times in any character's life, they will fall over dead. After being used, con, str, agi and dex are cut in half for 5 turns.

Name: Void Jutsu

Range: 100 meters. It extends like a funnel. (special 200 meters in 1 instance)

Notation: Secret Jutsu
Handsigns: Nakago just lifts his headband and it automatically activates.
Description: This is the secret trump card of Nakago. It's his final jutsu to use when all else fails. It's the kind of jutsu he uses when there is no other hope. He has never written it down, though the name alone is in the Forbidden list as the most forbidden jutsu in Konoha. Originally, Nakago was going to replace his missing right eye with a Mangekyou Sharingan. When that fell through, he started planning this jutsu. It took years to make, and when it was done, he grafted the seals into his empty eye socket, and put the counter-seals on his head-band and right palm. (no other counter-seals exist) The seal activated for the first time when he put chakra into it. Turns out it had a flaw- it couldn't deactivate. AFter putting the counter on his palm, he put it over his eye, stopping it temporarily. Then, he grafted it into his headband and slipped it over the eye socket. It worked to stop the jutsu. Now, Nakago can never take off the headband.

Anyway, what the jutsu does is simple. Everything in it's path is absorbed into the seal. Where it goes, no one knows. Trees, houses, ANYTHING can and will be absorbed into it, seemingly getting smaller the closer it gets to his eye. Basically, it is the Wind Tunnel of Inuyasha. The speed of object flying into the seal is the same as Nakago's agility. Also, the jutsu takes an SS-rank amount of chakra per turn it is active.
Drawbacks: A jutsu like that HAS to have some drawbacks! You're right, it does. For every turn Nakago has it active, his constitution drops by 5 for how many turns he had it active. So, if he had it up for 4 turns, he losses 20 con for 4 turns after he deactivates it. If he reaches 0 con then the seal will actually eat Nakago too. He will be absorbed into the seal, killing him. When this happens, EVERYTHING within 200 meters will be absorbed into the seal as well, regardless of what it is.
